Who handles refunds

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payments and refund decisions for SecureFlow orders.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time. Your access stays active until the end of the billing period.
Refund requests within 14 days of the first paid charge are reviewed by Paddle, unless local law requires otherwise.
We do not provide prorated refunds after that period.

Lifetime license

Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are reviewed by Paddle, unless local law requires otherwise.
After that window, refunds are not typically provided.

EU/UK digital rights

If you are in the EU/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. If you request immediate access, you may be asked to waive that right at checkout.
