Who handles refunds

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payments and refund decisions for SecureFlow orders.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time. Your access stays active until the end of the billing period.
  • Refund requests within 14 days of the first paid charge are reviewed by Paddle, unless local law requires otherwise.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds after that period.

Lifetime license

  • Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are reviewed by Paddle, unless local law requires otherwise.
  • After that window, refunds are not typically provided.

EU/UK digital rights

If you are in the EU/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. If you request immediate access, you may be asked to waive that right at checkout.
